Priddy LIVE Online
Enrollment in the Remote Learning Programs offered by Priddy Learning Academy requires certain technological requirements and rules to be followed.
All enrollees must have a high speed WiFi connection with a laptop or tablet that has a video camera and microphone.
All students must fill out the Pre-Registration form completely to be scheduled for an interview and assessment Priddy Learning Academy’s remote learning program.
Interview and Assessment
Once the Pre-Registration form is received, an interview and assessment will be scheduled. The purpose of the interview is to understand the student’s situation and learn the motivations and goals of the students and parents.
Post-Assessment Analysis and Learning Plan
The teacher, in conjunction with assessment results and goals, will meet and share the learning plan and work out a mutual agreeable schedule.
If the student, parent(s), and teacher are in agreement of the learning plan, schedule and term length, the teacher will notify the administration so it can collect tuition payment. No lesson will be scheduled until tuition is paid.
Tuition will be paid through credit card or ACH information provided on the initial application. ACH is a direct transfer from payor’s checking account to Priddy Learning Academy. Credit card payments will be charged an additional 3% of the total tuition bill to cover the credit card merchant processing fees charged to Priddy Learning Academy. There is no surcharge for parents making ACH direct transfers.
Students are required to logon to their appointments 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time. The teacher will admit you to your session when he or she is ready to begin.
Sessions will begin and end as scheduled. Getting online late does not mean the student can stay late. Our teachers often have back-to-back appointments. Their time is just as valuable as yours, so please respect it.
Lessons will be made up only if the student notifies the teacher by 8:00 PM the night before the scheduled lesson AND the teacher acknowledges receipt. If both conditions are not met, there is no make-up session.
Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Fall and Spring Semester:
Our refund policy is specifically designed to protect all students in our programs, which contain limited openings, by ensuring that last-minute cancellations do not put at risk the resources available for the remaining students and safeguarding that all openings are available to children seeking help with their education.
To withdraw from the program, the parent must submit written notification at least 2 weeks prior to withdrawal, to the Academy Director, email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
A tuition refund will be calculated from the last date the student attends after the 2-week notification is received, using the following table:

1–14 days: 80% of total semester’s tuition charge
15–29 days: 60% of total semester’s tuition charge
30–44 days: 50% of total semester’s tuition charge
45–64 days: 30% of total semester’s tuition charge
65 days and beyond: 0% of total semester’s tuition charge
The Application and Registration fees are nonrefundable.
A full tuition refund will be issued up to and including day 30 before the summer session begins. A student who cancels within 30 days will not be granted a refund. The Application and Registration fees are nonrefundable.
Priddy Learning Academy encourages parents to meet with instructors to discuss your child’s progress. To arrange a parent conference, you may schedule an appointment by calling the office during non-teaching hours.
I have read, agree, and accept the Remote Learning Policies, and understand this is a precondition to enrollment in the Remote Learning Program. I agree to hold harmless Priddy LIVE Online, Priddy Learning Academy, and its teachers of liability if my child cannot or is unable to get online after enrolling in the program.
